{"id":5498,"date":"2026-04-13T14:56:16","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:56:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tgcc.ma\/staging2\/?post_type=projets&#038;p=5498"},"modified":"2026-05-26T09:27:53","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T09:27:53","slug":"palais-jamai","status":"publish","type":"projets","link":"https:\/\/tgcc.ma\/en\/projets\/palais-jamai\/","title":{"rendered":"Palais Jamai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Palais Jama\u00ef a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit \u00e0 la fin du XIX\u1d49 si\u00e8cle, la construction du b\u00e2timent original a commenc\u00e9 en 1879 par le grand vizir Mohamed ben Arbi el Jama\u00ef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le palais s\u2019inscrit dans le style \u00ab\u202fmaison\u2011palais marocaine \/ mauresque\u202f\u00bb typique de l\u2019\u00e9poque, m\u00ealant fonctions r\u00e9sidentielle de prestige, symbolisme social et le raffinement de l\u2019artisanat local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restaurer un b\u00e2timent historique comme le Palais Jama\u00ef implique respect de l\u2019esth\u00e9tique traditionnelle (zellige, stuc, boiseries, arches) tout en int\u00e9grant les standards modernes de confort, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, confort thermique, \u00e9quipements h\u00f4teliers.
