Since its founding, TGCC has been built around a clear commitment: deliver high-quality projects on time, thanks to dedicated teams and rigorous organization. This operational culture, at the heart of our DNA, has enabled us to reach new milestones of growth step by step, allowing us to become a leader in the construction sector today.

The acquisition of STAM / VIAS represents a major milestone. It enables TGCC to scale up and become a fully integrated group, capable of operating across the entire value chain, from building construction to major infrastructure projects. This evolution strengthens our ability to tackle complex, highly technical projects, while further solidifying our competitive edge.

At the same time, we remain committed to playing a central role in the Kingdom’s major infrastructure projects, including sports facilities, public amenities, industrial projects, hydraulic structures and airport terminals. TGCC is supporting Morocco’s major economic and regional transformations during a period of exceptionally strong investment.

Our growth is also driven by a strong international ambition. We are continuing to expand our operations in Africa and, as of this year, in the Middle East, in order to bring our expertise to high-potential markets.

This unique trajectory relies above all on our men and women. Their dedication and proficiency constitute the bedrock of our performance. We persist in allocating resources towards skill development, organizational framework, and ongoing enhancement to foster sustainable growth. In 2025, we enhanced our governance and refined our ESG Strategy, intending to generate sustainable benefit for all stakeholders.
