This approach is guided by the ISO 26000 guidelines and a materiality assessment that identified the key priorities for our sector. It is structured around four strategic pillars and 12 commitments:

Our CSR policy is part of a process of continuous improvement driven at the highest levels of the company, with dedicated governance, integrated management and a clear 2025–2027 roadmap that defines our priorities and guides our actions.

This dialogue drives our continuous improvement and fosters an integrated, transparent CSR governance framework aligned with ESG best practices.
Launched in 2025, the “Together—Building Sustainably” initiative embodies this ambition through tangible commitments with significant social and environmental impact, by engaging our employees across all of the Group’s sites.

QSE - Our Integrated Management System
The pursuit of overall performance cannot be achieved without a commitment to high standards of quality, safety and environmental stewardship. At TGCC, these aspects are inseparable from our vision of operational excellence and the trust we build every day with our clients, employees, and partners.
Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is based on unified standards and structured practices, implemented across all our projects. It serves as an essential tool for embedding our CSR approach into our day-to-day operations.
It aims to prevent risks, strengthen our safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote continuous improvement, all in a spirit of rigor and collective commitment.
This system is led by the QHSE Department, with the support of specialized teams at all levels of the organization. It is built on a foundation of international certifications obtained since 2018, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to quality, the environment, and safety:
TGCC Foundation for
Art & Culture
Founded in 2017, the TGCC Foundation promotes contemporary art, cultural outreach, and artistic solidarity. Through its Artorium space, charitable events, and the Mustaqbal Prize, it supports the emerging art scene and facilitates access to art for all.
