For more than three decades, TGCC—Travaux Généraux de Construction de Casablanca—has established itself as a leading player in the building and civil engineering sector, both in Morocco and internationally. With proven expertise, the Group undertakes large-scale projects in the hospitality, commercial, industrial, administrative, and residential sectors.
With more than 20,272 employees, a fleet of 2,435 pieces of equipment, and over 2,200 major projects to its credit, TGCC combines technical expertise, meticulous execution, and a long-term commitment to building the structures of tomorrow.
Comprehensive expertise, structured into four complementary divisions
TGCC’s strength lies in its organization into divisions of expertise covering the entire construction cycle. The Building & Infrastructure division handles major architectural projects—luxury residential developments, hospital facilities, campuses, hotels and sports facilities. The Public Works division, represented by the subsidiaries STAM and VIAS, works on dams, roads, highways and engineering structures to support regional development. The Specialized Subsidiaries division ensures complete vertical integration, from precast concrete to facades, including steel framing, wood, stone, and mechanical and electrical systems. Finally, the International division extends TGCC’s excellence to Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
This cohesive structure makes TGCC an integrated player, capable of tackling the most complex projects with complete control over the value chain.

With over 30 years of expertise in construction, TGCC has been pursuing an ambitious internationalization strategy since 2014 that has taken it far beyond Morocco’s borders. With a presence in West Africa (Ivory Coast, Senegal, Guinea), Central Africa (Gabon, DRC), as well as in Europe and the Middle East, the Group applies its expertise to high-value-added residential, industrial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects. This expansion is based on three strategic pillars: internationalization, vertical integration, and diversification, making TGCC a leading player, recognized for its rigor, the quality of its projects, and its ability to operate in complex and varied environments.
