TGCC’s International Expansion:
From Morocco to the International Stage
With over 30 years of expertise, TGCC has pursued an internationalization strategy since 2014 that has enabled the company to expand its expertise throughout Sub-Saharan Africa and contribute to a transformative, high-value-added projects. This momentum is driven by three complementary pillars: internationalization, to export our expertise; vertical integration, which has led to the creation of specialized subsidiaries that strengthen our technical expertise and our ability to manage complex projects; and diversification, through which the Group has incorporated new capabilities, particularly in heavy civil engineering and dam construction.
Driven by this coherent strategy, TGCC today reaffirms its position as a leading African player, capable of offering a comprehensive and well-managed solution for large-scale projects.
A Consolidated Presence
in West Africa
The first milestone in this expansion was reached in West Africa, where TGCC quickly established itself as a trusted partner. In 2014, the Group opened a subsidiary in Côte d’Ivoire to support its partners across residential, educational, hospitality, healthcare and industrial projects.
This strategic expansion, supported by an intensive mobilization of human and technical resources, has enabled the Group to overcome major challenges in demanding environments. West Africa has thus become a key driver of TGCC's growth, where hte Groupe is building a reputation there based on quality, rigor and a commitment to delivering on its promises.
Building on this momentum, TGCC is gradually expanding its regional footprint with projects in Senegal, particularly in infrastructure and public facilities, where the Group brings its expertise in managing complex projects and executing key infrastructure works. This presence strengthens TGCC’s ability to support the development ambitions of a rapidly transforming market.
The Group is also expanding its reach into Central Africa, with an operational presence in Gabon, where it is involved in building and infrastructure projects. This presence enables TGCC to bring its expertise to a strategic market while consolidating its pan-African positioning.
Building on this momentum, TGCC reached a new milestone in 2022 with the opening of a subsidiary in Guinea, marking an acceleration of its expansion across the continent and confirming its ability to replicate its performance model beyond its traditional borders.
Setting Sights on Europe and the Middle East
Continuing its growth, TGCC reached a new milestone in 2022 with the creation of a dedicated structure for managing international projects in Europe, thereby ushering in a new era of expansion and diversification.
In 2024, the Group solidified its entry into the Middle Eastern market with the establishment of TGCC Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, where ambitious architectural visions and large-scale infrastructure projects align with the Group’s areas of expertise. This expansion marks a major strategic step forward, placing TGCC at the heart of the urban and economic transformation taking place in the MENA region.
A Growing Global Presence
in the Service of Projects
Through each of its locations, TGCC brings much more than technical expertise: it promotes a vision of construction grounded in quality and long-term positive impact. Its ability to adapt to different cultural, regulatory and geographic environments demonstrates the strength of its business model and its commitment to building sustainable partnerships with the regions it serves.
