This flagship project, funded by the OFPPT, is intended to train technicians and students with a two-year post-secondary degree. It consists of seven specialized centers covering various sectors (commerce, industry, agriculture, healthcare, etc.). Each center is outfitted with cutting-edge technology, allowing students to get both theoretical and practical instruction in a learning environment that is designed for success. The project also includes a student residence, which provides on-site housing for students while reinforcing the center's practical and social dimensions. The structures' sustainability was prioritized, with a focus on meeting modern construction and energy efficiency criteria. TGCC's collaboration with the OFPPT on the establishment of vocational and skills centers in many locations around the kingdom indicates the company's commitment to training a skilled workforce adapted to market needs in order to assist the socioeconomic growth of the Fez area and beyond.

Le chantier a mobilisé une équipe pluridisciplinaire et des moyens logistiques conséquents pour garantir une progression fluide et une qualité d’exécution irréprochable à chaque étape.
Dans un contexte où chaque jour compte, TGCC a mis en œuvre un pilotage précis du planning, soutenu par des outils de gestion avancés et une coordination continue avec les intervenants. Le respect des normes de sécurité, des standards environnementaux, ainsi que des exigences architecturales imposées par IKEA ont été au cœur de chaque décision.
