Located in Rabat, the Four Seasons Ksar Al Bahr is a luxury hotel developed on a historic site that was once the palace of Sultan Moulay Slimane and later a military hospital. Spanning 5 hectares, it features 204 guest rooms and suites offering views of the Atlantic Ocean or the Andalusian gardens, as well as 7 restaurants and cafés, a spa, several outdoor pools, and 2,700 m² of event space. The construction of this exceptional project presented a significant architectural and technical challenge. The restoration and integration of the historic structures, combined with the modern requirements of luxury hospitality, demanded precise expertise and flawless execution.

Dans un contexte où chaque jour compte, TGCC a mis en œuvre un pilotage précis du planning, soutenu par des outils de gestion avancés et une coordination continue avec les intervenants. Le respect des normes de sécurité, des standards environnementaux, ainsi que des exigences architecturales imposées par IKEA ont été au cœur de chaque décision.
